i have fair skin but my under arms and inner thighs are black, so i want to know that is betnovate ointment helpful to make inner thighs fair? or please suggest me some other thing.

The best way to get rid is to exfoliate. When your in the shower take a loofah or your wash cloth with some soap and scrub! You won’t see immediate results. It takes time. And remember to moisturize. Cocoa butter will also help. Its very good for your skin.
